Method 1: Measure a Ring You Already Own

If you already have a ring that fits perfectly, you can check its size using the "Ring Sizer" app. Once you've done this, match the mm measurement to our size chart to find your size. If you are between sizes, choose the larger size.

Alternatively:

1. Choose a ring that fits the intended finger
   
2. Measure the inside diameter across the centre in millimetres
   
3. Match the measurement to the chart below.
   

Method 2: Use String or Paper

1. Wrap a strip of paper or string around your finger
   
2. Mark the point where it overlaps
   
3. Measure the length in millimetres (this is the circumference)
   
4. Match the measurement to the chart
