Most of our plated jewellery is made with either Stainless Steel or Brass as a base metal.
Our Stainless Steel jewellery is made with 18k gold PVD vacum plating, making it waterproof, tarnish-free, durable and long lasting.
Our Gold Filled jewellery is made with a thick layer of real 14k gold, each piece is made to keep its shine over time. Making it durable, long lasting, and tarnish resistant, making it perfect for everyday wear.

To keep the quality of your jewellery pieces, avoid contact with perfume or harsh chemicals such as cleaning agents eg. chlorine, bleach, vinegar.
While many of our pieces are waterproof we recommend avoiding water exposure where possible to prolong the shine of your pieces.
LAIYOUI is not responsible for damaged jewellery due to poor care.
As we create chunky statement pieces, we advise storing and traveling with jewellery in a protective case/ dust bag/ or the box provided to avoid the jewellery being damaged.

If something doesn’t feel right, we’ve got you. Every piece comes with a 100-day warranty from the day your order is delivered.

If you notice an issue within 100 days, just reach out with your order number and a clear photo of the piece. We’ll take a look and sort a repair or replacement for you.

Please note: this guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or failure to follow care instructions. We reserve the right to decline a claim if we believe the damage falls outside of fair wear and tear.
Yes we do! we offer free UK shipping for orders over £60.
Unfortunately we're unable to provide free international shipping at this time.
We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 service, which aims to deliver your parcel within 2-3 days. Please allow an additional 2 working days for order fulfilment before your parcel is dispatched.
We do offer a Royal Mail 1-2 day Tracked service option, however please note orders will ship the next working day and should arrive the following day.
What is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order allows you to reserve an item before it is available for immediate dispatch. By placing a pre-order, you are securing your piece ahead of production or restock.

All pre-order items are charged in full at checkout.

Pre-order items are not ready for immediate dispatch.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the order will be shipped once all items are available unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations & Refunds
Pre-order orders/items cannot be cancelled once placed.
Pre-order items are subject to our standard Returns Policy. Please note that earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
We offer worldwide shipping from the UK via Royal Mail International Tracked service or Evri Standard tracked.

Your order may incur customs fees or import duties once it arrives in your country. These are set by your local customs office and are the recipient’s responsibility. We ship with Royal Mail, so it’s always a good idea to double-check any potential fees in your country before placing an order. If you have any questions, we’re here to help!
You should receive updates via the email address provided, however you can also track your order through the Royal Mail website. All you need is your tracking number.
Don’t love it? Return it!
We want you to feel completely happy with your purchase. If it’s not quite right, no worries—you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item. Refunds will only be processed if the jewellery is returned in acceptable condition. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for refund processing.

We offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. Please note we only replace the defective or damaged item with the same product. We also offer exchanges for the wrong ring size, which will be processed in the form of store credit. Please reach out to us via email to initiate an exchange - support@laiyoui.com
As a small business, we’re unable to cover the cost of returns or exchanges at this time. The purchaser is responsible for any return or exchange shipping fees. We appreciate your understanding.
If you receive a faulty item, please contact us at support@laiyoui.com within 14 days of receiving your package. We’re here to help and will work with you to find a suitable solution as quickly as possible.
Please note that items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Our pieces are made in China or Brazil through partnerships with carefully selected manufacturers. These factories hold social audits and/or certifications, such as SMETA, SGS or Intertek.
